If you order amount exceed a certain value, we will deliver your order via our in-house logistic.

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted since all sales are final. We also do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
Cancellation of orders or return of items are not allowed unless the purchased item is confirmed to be defective.

Defective or incorrect item refunds are not accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt. If you wish to request a return, please email us first with your order number, product details, an image of the defective part, and your order invoice. We will determine if the item is eligible for return and get back to you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, we will refund the purchase price.

The stamping on a piece of jewellery determines the purity of both yellow/white gold:
24k - 99.99% pure yellow gold
22k - 91.6% yellow/white gold
20k - 85.0% yellow/white gold
18k - 75.0%yellow/white gold
14k - 58.5% yellow/white gold
9k - 37.5% yellow/white gold
A certificate is actually a record or proof that a particular piece of gemstone has been examined by an independent gemological laboratory. The measurements and grading reflected on the report tell the quality and value of a particular piece of gemstone.
This depends on the value of that particular piece of jewellery. An appraisal is required for insurance purposes. In the cases of theft and robbery, an insured piece of jewellery will be compensated by your insurance company based on the price as reflected on the appraisal. This is a common practice in the United States and Europe but is seldom practised here.
A Graduate Gemologist and/or a Certified Appraiser working in an independent laboratory is qualified to appraise jewellery and gemstones. Ask to see proof of their professionalism before you send your jewellery or gemstones for an appraisal.
Taking good care of your jewellery ensures that you get many years of pleasure from it. Over time, accumulated dirt and grease may affect the brilliance of your gemstones. To maintain the sparkle of your gemstone jewellery, clean it once a month with a mild soap and a soft toothbrush. We also recommend that you send your jewellery to an established jeweller at least twice a year to have it professionally cleaned and examined.
We recommend that you keep your jewellery in a hard jewellery case with different compartments for rings, pendants and earrings etc. All jewellery are delicate items no matter what settings they are in, so they should not be stored together. Doing so might cause abrasion which will eventually lead to chips and fractures on both gemstones and metals.

Yes, you can resize your *ring at any Taka's retail outlet. You can resize your ring up to 2 sizes up or down. The cost of resizing depends on various factors, please visit our retail outlet to get an accurate quote.
Please bring your ring and any relevant documents, such as the original purchase receipt or invoice. This will help our team provide you with the most accurate and efficient service.
*Not all rings can be resized, particularly those with complex designs. 999/916 gold ring cannot be resized.
You can request an exchange for 999 or 916 gold rings if the desired sizes are available. An additional top-up may be required.
